I have asked many HIV related questions on this forum and have always got positive feedback.

I am constantly in fear of contracting HIV by common contact. I don't use drugs, and I don't have sex because I am also paranoid of getting someone pregnant

With that said I feel as if I'm destined to get HIV from common contact from someone pricking me with a needle. Example- I'm graduating today and some random dude gave me a high five saying congrats. I felt a little prick. In my head I almost am positive it was his watch but my brain tells me it was an HIV infected needle.

So please- what should I do :(

In actual fact, HIV is a very unstable virus, it's very hard to contract unless you're engaging in 'risky' behaviour. Given that you don't have sex and are not a needle drug user you have zero risk of picking the virus up.

I agree it's not going to happen with your lifestyle at all!

It's just a bit of anxiety, nip it in the butt and don't dwell. It was his watch, HIV is not out to get u.
