I've read it I didn't really find it that helpful tbh but dr Claire Weaks self help for your needs was very helpful I even baught the audio book to listen to as well this I would really recommend x

well gave in and got paul david app...incs book...half way throu book and must say it makes alot of sense and ive got throu such a busy weekend but thinking about the things he says in book...he quotes claire weeks book so going to get that as well ...but i must say without this no more panicwebsite i would of been lost...so the biggest thank you so far for having this website and all your info...you should be paid lots of money to make sure this website never goes anywhere....i will be donating as much to this website and as and when i can...thank u again xxx
