Legs and feet always cold

My legs and feet are always cold- been like this for a while now but just wondering if anyone else is the same? Is it quite normal?

I dont feel as though they are cold but are cold to the touch.

i get the same! could be circulation? nothing to worry about.

Aw I know its horrible! Only a hot bath will get the heat in them :)

It's circulation with me, hands are always cold too.

Yeah- my hands are always really warm and clammy :S

I get little white spots on my arms and legs- looks like pigment colour fading.

Been told thats to do with circulation..anyone heard of this/get this?
