Anyone else sad?

Anyone else feel very depressed and or anxiety when something new happens in your life? Meaning job/dating and so on...

I certainly do. I think in my head I have a lot of expectations with how something will go, and of course they never quite align. Then I begin to feel anxious or sad or just generally "let down", by something that I though I was looking forward to... I think "change" can really exacerbate things sometimes.

Yes, change is what I don't like. I recently started a job where I have to move around from one site to the other so it's always changing.
