Need help :(

Hi.. Pretty new to this site!
I suffer from anxiety quite badly, I'm currently on propanalol..
I always seem to panic when I feel sick, have a tummy ache or get indigestion.
I'm a constant mess always shaking.
Does anyone else feel like this?
Looking for people to talk to as very lonely :(

welcome to the site. hugs for you. sorry to hear your suffering. how long have you been on propananol? and what dosage? you will find lots of helpful threads to read and will help you im sure. this site has been a godsend to me. i hope you feel better real soon xx

Hi Gemsta4; when I first came down with health anxiety and panic I had the shakes non-stop too. Was also prescribed propranalol, but don't tolerate beta-blockers too great. I take it you've had palps or fast heart then, or was it prescribed for the shaking? Sometimes I used to think the shaking wasn't so bad; it was a way of burning off the adrenaline that wasn't racing heart or vomiting.
