hiya
iam new here iv had panic and anxiety attacks on and off now scince I was 20 iam now 38 iv had good an bad years the last few have been very bad,
I have panic and anxiety disorder boaderline ptsd and very bad claustrophobia I can travel in car or bus ect
never used to be like this was alwas on and of plans but a number I things just caught up I guess I watched my mum get beat up in my teens often by my step dad in front of me, I jumped out bedroom widows to go get help ect
then I went thought early onset preaclamisa with my first bady my bp was 120/150 and I was lucky my daughter was born weighing 1 pound 11 on my morning of my 29 week, she lived for 4 days,
that's why I come to have what I do now I want to get better and live life to the full all the best Athena xx
