Obsession with running out of food/fear of hunger

Does anyone else have this obsession?
I have to know I have food throughout the day. I bring extra to work in case I run out.
If I know I'm having a late dinner or something I start to panic.

Yes it started like that as once I fainted due to lack of food but that was a long time ago and I hadn't eaten at all that morning.
I get an overwhelming hunger if I don't eat, hunger that stops me from doing anything else.

I'm not obsessive, but I do make sure I've got something in my bag when I'm out..I get light headed if I don't eat regular..
