hiWANNABELOVED, YES IT IS CALLED PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER,very interesting. so if anyone missed it watch it it helped me .

I watched it, BUT i also bought it! its the video from the national phobics society. It is an interesting film.
The community channel is showing alot this week about mental health apparently.
