Weird Symptoms

Earlier I had a weird thing happen, sitting at my desk and suddenly head went dizzy and had warm rush though arms and hands, hands kind of went numb (but not) if that makes sense?!......Reaching out for things was also weird its like the items were not quite there and my limbs weren't going to do what I wanted them to do......

This probably sounds really odd so not sure if anyone out there will get what im trying to say?

Is this anxiety symptoms?

It does sound anxiety related, I cannot think of any disease which would cause this.

Sounds somewhat like my anxiety symptoms. When my anxiety/panic hits, I would sometimes feel dizzy/lightheaded and have "tingling" feeling in my extremities. It seems troubling at first, but through reassurance, you know it goes away.
