lump on the testie [Archive]

hi all,

has anyone had or has a lump on there testie? i have had ultra sound on it and its not cancer, but i was wondering what it could be. its right at the tip of one of mine and im wondering what it is.

what do you mean by 'right at the tip'? a very good image of a testicle can be found here:

as you see, there is what can be considered a lump on the "head" and "tail" of the epididymis.
congrats on not having testicular cancer, but you know it is very rare.

I've got a big one (almost like a third one) and its just a harmless cyst

My hubby's got an epididymal cyst, he's had it for ages. I think they are quite common.

I have a cyst too. Totally harmless and nothing to stress about!

Wow!! I thought I was something of an oddity having been told I had an epididymal cycst and now I find I'm not os 'special' after all!!! I wish I had known about NMP when I first discoverd my 'lump' 10 or so years ago!!!!!!

Then, just as its about to answer me, I wanna throw a sack over it and give it a hiding within an inch of its life.
