Hello to all of you im new to the site i ve suffered from quite severe anxiety and obbsesional thoughts also have social phobia that stops me working going out and being in a relationship . I hope im not putting people off !!
Anyway thats my bit to start oh yes im a man of 40 and
not realy to good at the internet talking site stuff but im trying :)

Hey folks, I am Simone. I have been hounded by panic attacks for years now. Pills and doctors didn't help, so I figured that this forum probably will! :)
