it's back :'(

[Confused&scared]

I've had a good few months with regards to my health anxiety, it seems to come and go. Just had a shower and while washing felt that my neck felt kinda lumpy and now I'm worried about lymphoma again (this was my last big anxiety episode a few months ago too). I'm so upset as I get so carried away and start thinking the worst. I'm trying to tell myself the cause of my glands swelling is the horrendous hayfever I have at the moment but nothing's working and I just feel awful and panicky. :weep:

aww I feel your pain!.. I'm worrying myself silly over breast cancer/bone cancer its awful having health anxiety!.. i'm new to this site!.. have you been to the doc about your health anxiety?!..
