Hey everyone, I'm new here, just thought I'd say hello. I'm a 30 something year old guy desperately trying to cope with Social phobia, general anxiety, ocd, anorexia, self harming, depression, panic attacks, does the list never end?? I'd love to hear from those of you interested in e-mail friendship..mutual support and acceptance. Good sense of humour could help..anyone interested????

Sorry to hear that you suffer from so many things - must be very hard to have so many illnesses to cope with.

You will find lots of help and support here and there is always the 'live' chat room. It livens up after 21:00 (UK) time so may catch you in there too!
