Is there anything I can do or take that will help

I'm already on 40mg citalopram for depression which helps a lot. However , I have really bad anxiety which is caused by worrying too much about everything ! My mind always plays out these movies of the worse thing happening. I can't get a doctors appointment untill next but is there anything I can take in the mean time ? Like kalms or something ?

i would not recommend taking anything until talking to your dr some meds dont go well with ADs so try and hold on if you can good luck blessings

Yeah I agree, I'd wait to speak to your doctor about what you can take along with the Citalopram. Is there anything you can do in the meantime that eases your anxiety? Any hobbies or anything?

I'm too ill to do any hobbies at the moment , I've got stomach bug. I wish I didn't worry so much or have bad anxiety I just want a normal life
