Now weight loss worry

Spent the last 6 months with extreme anxiety and stress, not eating properly etc etc now worrying about the weight loss! Sensible head says 'is it any surprise', HA head says 'its something serious'. I HATE this HA so much.

I guess it's one of those where you choose which one to listen to. Try reading your post as though someone else had written it. What would you answer them?
