Stomach spasms

Hi, does anybody get a spasm like feeling down the right hand side of their stomach, is ever so weird. I do get IBS but worry is something worse, doesn't happen all the time. Also worry is my appendix. Feels worse before my period is due too.

Not appendix...had mine out at 10(not this morning when I was 10 years old...lol)and I remember it being a sharp pain on the right side around the waistline area...even though it's 30 years ago...but just to be on the safe side I would see the doctor and put your mind at ease.
