Not feeling great tonight. I'm doing my breathing exercises but not helping that much. I have just brought a CBT therapy book off amazon I hopethis can help

How's it going? Did you know that Buddhists call it 'Monkey Mind' when our thoughts chatter away inside our heads? Sometimes I visualise a load of little monkeys throwing worries at me out of trees, like coconuts! It helps me to distance myself a bit. x
