I've been getting this awful pain on my left side just under my breast. It's agony, it hurts when I take a deep breath and if I stretch or turn. I've had awful health anxiety for years and am obsessed with heart problems. I've recently had ECG, echo and portable heart monitor and portable bp monitor all results are fine. But I'm due to have a hysterectomy soon and now I'm worried that maybe my pain is something serious like a blood clot and this will affect my operation. I'm so scared, my gp doesn't seem concerned I think they are so fed up with me. They say everything is anxiety like my palpatations headaches etc but I'm not sure, I mean why would a pain be anxiety it really hurts I can't reach up high, it even hurt to ang out my washing. Is this really another symptom of the awful anxiety x
