I have a new problem. I'm 31,healthy. About 2 weeks ago, I started having some shin pain/discomfort in my right shin. This is relieved when resting. No pain during sleeping. No swelling or lump noted. No problem walking. I sometimes Feel this in my other leg also. I've read about osteosarcoma and other bone cancers ( I have a huge cancer fear). Any advice would be great.

Could be shin splints, if you do a lot of walking or running then it can happen, just need to rest up for a bit and you can recover.

All I can say is, I've had this a lot over the years and I am fine! I used to be convinced it was a thrombosis, but so far it seems to have just been an aching shin. ;)

Use calf sleeves to relieve shin pain (https://www.gearhunder.com/best-calf-compression-sleeve/). Over the past year or so, I had a tibial split, which affected my running. I spent a week in pain after exercising. Until I put on the calf sleeve, this situation was completely changed. When running, the calf felt good support, and I didn't feel pain when playing football.
