Belly Button Pain - Help Worried!

Like most of you I freak out over every pain, I have had a mild pain around my belly button on and off for about two weeks - I am wondering if it could just be muscle anxiety??

Can anyone offer any advice?

I've had that - mine is to the left of my belly button, about an inch away from it. It comes and goes - it's been happening all year. As it was so persistantly in the same place, and I had changing bowel habit, I got it investigated. I originally thought it was maybe a pulled muscle or hernia as it was a tight "pulling" kind of pain. Anyway, investigations didn't find anything and I think it's just another symptom of my anxiety.
