Lately I've been having these weird feelings. Ill be sitting relaxed and all of a sudden ill get this ear pressure or ringing followed by difficulty swallowing and/or hot flash. It scares the crap out of me because I feel like I can't breathe for a second and I think I have a mini panic attack over it. Everytime I get these feelings I freak out. Any thoughts on this? I've had tons of tests on my heart so I know it shouldn't be that but I hate that it happens out of no where, sometimes ill get dizzy from it too. Could it be a sinus issue of some sort? Any advice would be appreciated!
