Lymph nodes ..?

I have a slightly bigger then pea sizes lump on the back of my neck to the right when I push my skin I can feel it, it's been there for about 3 years now and only recently it's got a little bigger (was pea sized now just a tad bigger) I have been prodding it tho. I wonder is this a lymph node?
I'm rather scared to google, as its in a weird place when I move my neck I can some times feel it and it aches! Does anyone have this problem?

If they have been there for 3 years I would not worry ! cancerous tumors grow and spread quicker than that!
