legs felt weird maybe numb

i went shopping this morning and felt all weird but this hot weather don,t help. came back in car my brother gave me a lift. when i came out the car there was a man over road sitting down looking ill as i went over to him and as i walked my legs and arms felt all numb or like realy light and i couldn,t feel them when i walked. it was not long just a few seconds but it scared me and i went abit panicky and shakey. im scared if there is something wrong

im ok thanks now. this heats getting to me. yea think it was shock

Sounds also a bit like low blood sugar depending on when you last ate, or a bit of dehydration.
