Hypnotherapy

Hi i've suffered with anxiety for about 8 months. Always thinking I'm having a heart attack or there is something wrong with me. The doctors have said im fine after test.

But still feel the same, so i have an appointment on sunday with a hypnotherapist.
I was just wondering, if anyone else has tried it, and has it worked??

I tried it for my driving anxiety, but as there wasn't a specific cause it didn't work. I did find it very relaxing though. Hope it works well for you.
