Hi there, I'm Claire I'm a 31 year old jewellery designer, market trader and film geek. I've suffered from various forms of anxiety from my teens, including agoraphobia which is now mostly under control but I still suffer horribly from social phobia, dental phobia and general anxiety... oh and I've now inexplicably developed a fear of swallowing. I've also recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism which would explain my permanent lethary. It's been a very difficult year and I'm sorely lacking a support network but there are still plenty of lovely bits in my life, I've progressed a long way from where I was and I'm hopeful for the future.
