I think my heart skipped a beat while having a shower

In a previous post i mentioned i often had panic attacks while taking a shower...well today i didn't have a full one (just a few close calls), but when i was feeling my heart beat, i felt it go without one for a little longer than i usually expect it to, i didn't have any pain, but it felt like it went for one second without beating, but then it went back to doing so with no pain or anything...why the heck did this happen?!!

Look under health worries - palpitations on the left menu bar

That sounds normal for eptopics/palpitations/missed beats though

I did feel a rush of adrenaline while this occurred, must have been to do with that as the side bar link said.
