Tightness below ribs anyone?

I have a terrible tightness below my ribs on the leftish side, just above and to the left of my bellybutton. Feels like someone stuck a balloon in there. Gotten it before and it always freaks me out, especially when it starts radiating into my chest. Had my heart checked out but still worrying. Anyone else get this? Could it be to do with my reflux probs?

Yes it sounds like indigestion/reflux to me as well

Thanks for the reply :) The feeling ended up going and coming back and keeping me awake a lot of the night. Been told before that my pancreas and liver enzymes are often raised and to get that looked at (which I never did; out of money and was more concerned about my heart). So now I'm afraid it's pancreatitis, which wouldn't worry me except it can kill you from internal bleeding of course. Sigh.
