Hi :) My names Kathryn but I usually go by Kat! I heard about this website from my friend and I joined because I suffer from panic attacks (not as often as I used to but they still occur) and struggle immensely with self harm. I really want to talk to people who are in the same situation as me so I don't feel as alone and if I can help or encourage anyone else to feel better then I would like to do that as well :) That's all I can really think of to say :) :flowers:
