Body suddenly feels so heavy

I'm so sorry but I'm having another bad bout of symptoms. I suddenly feel so heavy and hot and my heart is pounding. Could this be a symptom of something really wrong? I'm so scared.

I am sure it is not a serious symptom. I'm sorry you are feeling so anxious. Breathe calmly and focus on something else - can you remember ever being on a beach or somewhere lovely?

It lasted about 20 minutes. I had to do an experiment in the lab which kept me distracted and I didn't notice it anymore after a while so I'm sure it was just a random panic attack. I'm having my daily feeling of panic right now, I'm going to try the beach relaxation thing. Why would this happen if I don't have any reason to feel anxious?!

Yes even without a reason to be anxious, your body is so used to feeling this way now, it just comes on without reason
