Palpitations

I've had palpitations all night that have kept me awake I'm shattered and need help, my HA is at an all time high and I am driving myself insane I really don't know what to do :weep:

Good advice. Sometimes I look back and think, "I was scared cos I thought something was going to happen - and it didn't, so... I am ok."
