Hi - ive just joined this site, I'm a 35 year old male who has been having some anxiety issues for the last few weeks - just been prescribed some beta blockers and while they do appear to help I am still having some issues - I've also been on anti depressants for a long long time (although I am generally fine just can't come off them!) - so hello everyone!
