I posted earlier heart rate now 111 feel confused has well
some DP, not sure if anything to do with it but got really
sunburnt on top of my shoulders and back and I don't drink
has much as I should could it be dehydration
just feel so bad

Depersonalisation is only a symptom of your extreme Anx..don't be frightened of it..just try and distract yourself ..
Drink lots water, and deep breathing..
You'll be ok, we've all been there...x
