For the past few weeks, every single pain i get, i believe is a sign of something serious, i had pains in my chest, thought it was a heart problem, headaches, thought it was a tumor, pains around my scrotum, thought it was testicular cancer, and right now im worried about my tiredness, thinking it might be sleep apnea (which is known to cause heart problems).

I honestly can't seem to rationalise myself around these issues...i keep making posts so often because i can't control myself about these worries...im sick of it.

Same here. Headache= brain Tumor. Leg pain= clot or bone cancer. Swollen glands= lymphoma.
It's called suffering with health anxiety. We over analyse EVERYTHING and can't accept that a headache is just that " a headache"

I think what we need to do about this is just try and focus on other things, but the problem with me is i only have 1 friend who i rarely see, i am a gamer but most games don't interest me right now, i am afraid to go outside due to being treated like garbage by people...so yeah i don't have many things to distract me.

And in result, i start to worry about my health.

I'm the same, I don't really socialise with many people. If I kept myself busy I wouldn't have time too worry.
There is nothing wrong with looking after ourselves. The problem is when you don't believe drs, or get over one thing and jump too another. Whereas into too much also. That's my biggest problem. I wouldn't know half the things I do of I didn't type my symptoms into google.
I had a panic attack the other day because I couldn't find anything wrong with me lmao it's so horrible. I've gotten over this once before and I'm sure I will again.
I was sick for 13 months it took 10 months to work out what it was and another 3 for surgery. So not knowing for so long is what brought my anxiety back on
