Feeling really crappy yesterday afternoon and all day today my intrusive thoughts haven't gone since I'm doing my breathing exercises but not helping much some please help :weep:
Breathing exercises alone won't make thoughts go..
You need to tell the thoughts your not interested, you need to stop letting them scare you.
They are just false thoughts, no more than that, and you need to stop giving them importance.
You post every day, and I'm wondering if you are getting any help or therapy from gp?
