Evening everyone,
I first joined NMP in 2005, without this site/forum/support I can honestly say I would be lost.
My life has changed so much since I was last hear, all possitive :-) I still have "moments" of anxiety/depression but I like to think that I am now able to manage myself much better. Hey, who knows? I might even be of some help to others :-)
