No air tonight, very muggy!

I reckon I've done a thread like this every year!:blush::ohmy:

I feel like I'm struggling for air tonight, I know that there is air! I know that there is always air! So why do I feel like this :mad::weep:

I know quite a few people will be like this too. Do you keep sighing to get extra air? I also feel like my nose is blocked.....oh my God am fed up with feeling like this every time there is a little heat in the summer:wacko:

Now where's my fan?:scared15::shrug:

yes it was i felt like that too like no air like couldnt breathe so i know of how your feeling :hugs:

I find it helps to try to take a nice big 'full breath'. If I get one, great. If not, it means my body already has plenty of oxygen and doesn't need any more, and I need to slow my breathing instead.

But I appreciate it feels counterintuitive to slow your breathing when you feel stifled! I hate the heat, too.
