Phew it's hot!!

Does anyone else feel that this hot weather makes them
feel more anxious, it's happened to me this last few summers
I know that it can make your heart rate higher, which mine has
been, but I feel the anxious felling has well

yes hun i feel more anxious my heart rate feels more higher too the past week or so my heart has been like that too stupid heat wish it would cool down abit

Yes it makes me feel worse. I feel much more panicky and convinced I am going to faint in the heat in a public place or something. I have a lot of sinus/head type troubles n always feel woozy when it is really hot like now.

I suppose all you can do is drink plenty.

My prob is I dont like it cold either lol
