Female healthanxiety

So..... I walked out of my job last week, after 5 years, as I'm sick of the stress. I feel like I can't cope anymore.
Have had such a headache for the last week and my HA has been at its worst in a long time. I generally like the sun, but just want to sit in and I'm sleeping for England!
Makes matters worse I'm watching more TV and also took a special interest to the poor guy that died of hear exhaustion and also the Glee actor dying, he wa my age.
Any replies welcome xxxx
