Hi all, you may have seen my post on the IBS page, but recently I have been through a tough time. I have come off ibuprofen and codeine in which I had become addicted! Anyway, i spoke to my doctor as I was in quite a state and she has increased my venlafaxine from 75mg to 150mg. I started taking the new dose about 10 days ago, I am noticing a difference but I get moments of anxiety still and wanted to know whether it will gradually go. I have been taking venlafaxine for about 10 years and they really sorted me out, but having had a little set back I wanted to know whether I will eventually feel as good as I did!
