My left arm started aching last night along its usual radial nerve path, and kept me from sleeping for ages from the pain and anxiety, and heartburn. Also got my usual stabbing pain beside left shoulder blade every time i exhaled, which is actually referred from the front of my chest, cos i can push on my fourth rib and it seems to stop it. Started up again today, then moved to tightness around my sternum and now it hurts to move my chest or shoulders. It's like my whole chest goes into spasm and it hurts from my fingers or my chin to my stomach, especially my left side.
I've had my heart checked out and other than the fact it goes fast too much (they think it's a thing called POTS) they didn't find anything actually wrong with it. I try to think that heart pain wouldn't cause tender spots and muscle spasms, but sometimes the sensations can be very unsettling. Anyone else got this atm? Just wish it would give it a rest.
