Spiritual Healing

Hi,
Its been National Mental Health Awareness week this week. today my keyworker and i visited a awareness convention that had been arranged. It was very interesting, got lots of good advice and i had a free session of Spiritual Healing.it was realy relaxing and i felt alot calmer after the session. As anyone else tried it? I have never been a big believer in these kind of therapys, i have also been having hypnotheropy and i honestly think it is helping, i just wish i would have tried it years ago!

When I lived in Sheffield I did healing once a week and loved it!

i believe it does us good better than medication most of the time!I got into Reiki thru mu sister and between that and this forum i am so much better ,calmer and accepting of who i am!I would recommend it to any one.Love mary rose.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
