breathing before period

hi, can anyone relate, for a long time now ive been getting a snotty nose and it gets a lot worse a week or so before I come on also ive been getting breathless aswell, if I walk upstairs or do anything slightly strenuous, I have to sit down because it feels like ive been running, really strange, does anyone else get the same sort of thing:sad:

I used to feel more breathless before a period, the doc told me it was because I was more tense. As soon as my period started, I would go back to my normal. Tension tension tension....blah blah.....gets on ya nerves, don't it?!
