Hello! I'm Sandra aka Finbar. I've just read your reactions to mirtazapine re swollen feet and ankles and the constant hunger pangs. I've been on it for almost a month and can't get any shoes except for flip flops and slippers on. Put on 7lbs so far and feel bloated. How long will it take, roughly, for the swollen feet and ankles to subside? I do feel better re the depression and anxiety but I am being weaned of citalopram at the same time. As I type this my feet are throbbing. I'm 63 and I guess the hot weather doesn't help. I'm glad I found others who are on the same medication. :unsure:
