sharp shooting pains in my head

ok does any one have a problem with sharp shooting pains in their head
and shortly after that you get a bad headache and tired
happens to me 4 or 5 times a day i also have anxiety i don't know if that's related or not also i see eye floaters and my left palm keeps burning

any help would be great

Hi m8, these are unfortunately quiet common anxiety symptons I had all of these quiet badly around 3-4 months ago, starting to subside a bit now.
Hang in there, try to stay positive dont fight the symptoms, accept them and don't let them frighten you.
Get yourself to a point you can laugh at all the strange things happening to your body and you will be on the mend in no time, regards.

Are you on any meds? They can be Side Effects. But yes, can certainly be anxiety. I suspect it's nerves reacting to tightened muscles. I consciously drop my shoulders several times a day, and keep them down for a few seconds - it helps me to spot when I have tensed them up again.

thank you that helps a lot i also get cold hands and burning in my left palm i have a rash on my legs and see eye floaters i have bad anxiety i mean bad are these symptoms of anxiety
