Night sweats??

had them a few weeks back on and off but now really bad, drenching sheets and waking up dripping on legs arms and neck. Obv its really humid here now but surely I shouldnt be sweating that much?, never used to bother me

it has been exceptionally hot. I never sweat in bed but it has been happening for a few weeks now. ive stopped using a blanket and that tends to help.

what i don't get is that i can sleep with a dressing gown over me i'm fine. if i switch to a summer duvet which is just as thin, i sweat like mad!

Heavy sweating during sleep has numerous causes. Really you should see your doctor and have your bloods checked.

Are you taking any meds as they can cause sweating?

FBC was normal. No meds at all
if I fall asleep in day i wake up dripping
