I thought this was a good insight into MH issues in general and I am sure we can all relate to some of the stories. Anything that raises awareness can only be a good thing!

I watched this and thought it was brilliant :D Although it was hard to watch another person going through the same struggles I thought they were so amazing for sharing their stories and it made me feel like I wasn't alone. Well done BBC3 xxx

all respect for them, i'm ashamed to say that I wouldn't have the guts to come out and say i've got mental health problems :blush:
