Hate evenings/nights ...

After losing my dad 6 weeks ago I had a little wobble but nothing I couldn't handle but the last few weeks I've been feeling tough, gurgly tummy, constipation, heartburn and flutters!
The last couple of evenings/nights I have not been able to sleep as soon as I doze I get jolts!
I hate being so alone... I hate nights!!!

Bless you. Don't know what to say but didn't want you to think no one was listening. I hate the nighttime too. Kids in bed and me on my own. Hugs to you at this tough time

6 weeks is nothing though and emotions are bound to surface at some point. I went a whole year on autopilot after the breakdown of my marriage before I broke down with the stress of it all. Don't be so hard on yourself x
