After seeing docs about constipation

She's given me Senna tablets and said take 2 at night and then 1 but when I asked how long I should take 2 she just said until you can go.
I took 2 last night and went toilet 4! times this morning starting from 5am lol
But I haven't been at all during the day, I have taken another 2 tonight, but I think I might just take 1? for the 1/2 more nights and see after that.
I've never taken these before so I don't know for how long to take, I mean she's given me 20 tablets.

Well you've been to the toilet so you shouldn't have to keep taking them unless of course you don't keep going on your own.
Try adding more fibre to your diet and lots of water. Metamucil is good but you just need too make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

I took 2 last night tonight I won't take any and see what happens...
Also I sometimes get a sharp pain below my belly button that will last for a couple of minutes this has happened twice now.
But the doctor felt my stomach the other day and she said she couldn't feel anything.
