i am assuming you mean perscription meds? and yes would be the answer always check with your dr in regard to what you are doing its easy to bodge things up blessings

It really depends on the meds. Some meds don't mix, so you have to make sure the old ones are out of your system before you start the new ones. Check with your doctor if you've got any concerns.

I think you definitely should, especially if you're taking SSRIs.

Check with your GP or pharmacist, some drugs require a break but with others you can taper off one and onto the new one.

Usually there is some sort of tapering off of one before introducing another one but your doctor will advise you on what to do if you need to change over.
