Hi all had a very good day yesterday didn't have any negative thoughts just felt a little anxious at night and a bit edgey Currently on citlopram 40 mg from 2 weeks on Saturday I was on 20mg from June 2012! Today has been a different story just keep having thoughts of death and there's nothing after life which makes my heart beat a little faster for a minute or so! It's a strange one Because usually when I have beaten anxiety in the past I couldn't care less! Sleep still gets interrupted about 3am some nights I get up for half an hour and some I just get back off. The good days keep me going as yesterday really did feel like I was back to my normal old self!,

I get those morbid thoughts about death when I'm anxious too, worrying about whether there's nothing after life. It could be a side effect of your increased dose. I hope you'll feel better soon. :hugs:

Yeah all started about 3weeks ago my brain always seems to trigger it off! Could be never had this high dosage before but got to back for an assessment in a couple of weeks so far been positive apart from today see how it goes! Me to thankyou very much!
